Base salary of $55,000 per year - Performance-based bonsues and incentives may increase total annual compensation up to $75,000; actual earnings will vary

Key Responsibilities
Professionally sell Pepsi-Cola products and services to meet monthly volume, profit, and distribution goals.
Maintain optimal stock levels across shelves, coolers, displays, and backrooms. You will ambitiously pursue incremental space for our brands through innovative product placement and shelf optimization.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, including competitive account development and account-specific promotional activities.
Work closely with the "Account Team" and Sales Management to resolve pricing issues, minimize product damage (PQI), and ensure seamless execution at the store level.
Capture and translate sales data into actionable daily and weekly plans to optimize territory performance.
Provide valuable input into the development of company marketing, brand, and packaging strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
Strong persuasive communication, diplomatic negotiation, and high-level analytical thinking.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, and maintain a high attention to detail.
Professional appearance, high integrity, and a "customer-first" mindset.
Ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs and pull loads (on carts) weighing up to 220 lbs.
Must possess a valid State Driver’s License in good standing.
Willingness to be on call for customer assistance; occasional weekend work may be required.
